Join Our Team as a Site Manager
Are you an experienced Site Manager passionate about delivering excellence in fire protection projects within the social housing sector? PiLON, an award-winning, multi-trade construction business dedicated to enhancing living environments, wants you to join our dynamic team.
We seek a candidate with at least two years of proven experience managing teams of operatives on passive fire projects. You should be well-versed in managing trades and play a key role in project delivery, contributing to our organisational growth.

Main Objectives of the Role
- Oversee, monitor, and manage the progress of passive fire works
- Liaise with clients and report on work progress to stakeholders
- Supervise refurbishment works, ensuring trades are focused, engaged, and motivated
- Ensure site safety through inspections and enforcement of safety guidelines
- Prepare and write site reports and necessary documentation
- Maintain quality control and handle day-to-day work issues
What You Need
- Minimum 2 years' experience in fire protection within social housing
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Strong problem-solving skills and professionalism in handling challenges
- Genuine care for people and team motivation skills
- Knowledge of building methods and regulations
- Customer-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- SMSTS or SSSTS certification
- Asbestos Awareness Certificate
- First Aid at Work
- CSCS card
- Fire Marshal/Safety Certificate
