Responsibilities

• Guide and inspire a group of sales experts to surpass sales goals and excel in their performance

• Cultivate an encouraging and cooperative team atmosphere that promotes personal and professional growth

• Deliver outstanding customer service through establishing relationships, guaranteeing satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience

• Exhibit a profound understanding of the jewelry sector, including current trends and available products

• Apply proven sales strategies to boost revenue and foster customer retention

• Support team members in expanding their knowledge of products and refining their sales techniques

• Coordinate with other departments to achieve smooth operations and deliver unparalleled customer experiences

• Set our sales strategies and sales objectives to achieve our sales goals

• Ensure our sales staff achieves their goals by making sales plans for each sales representative, setting individual sales targets, assigning territories, and managing their ongoing training programs

• Cultivate long-lasting customer relationships to meet customer needs, and mitigate any complaints to ensure continued business

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the jewelry or luxury industry is essential

• Proven track record in sales and achieving targets

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

• Exemplary communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical skills

• 3+ years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales department

• Must possess a bachelor's degree in business or a similar major

• Displays a proven track record of sales success
