Financial Systems Analyst
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Systems Analyst to join their team. This role involves working closely with finance and accounting teams to streamline and automate processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with finance and accounting teams to analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Design and implement automation solutions utilizing tools such as ERP systems, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), artificial intelligence, and data analytics platforms.
  • Configure and tailor automation technologies to align with the unique requirements of finance operations.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing of automated processes to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance.
  • Deliver training sessions and provide continuous support to finance and accounting staff for seamless adoption and usage of new automation tools.
  • Monitor and assess automated workflows regularly to identify areas for enhancement and increased efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system or process issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation in finance automation.
  • Work closely with IT and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions within existing systems.
  • Maintain thorough, user-friendly documentation for all automated workflows to promote transparency and ease of use.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years in finance automation, process improvement, or related roles.
  • Experience with ERP systems, RPA (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), SQL, Python, and data analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in finance automation.

With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting.
