Job Description

Consigli is transitioning from Sage 300 CRE to CMiC and is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Systems Analyst with deep expertise in CMiC to assist in configuration, training, and stabilization efforts. This role will play a critical part in ensuring a smooth ERP transition and long-term success of the platform across our financial and project operations.

Responsibilities / Essential Functions
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on CMiC financial modules (GL, AP, AR, JC, PM, etc.)
  • Assist in mapping of legacy Sage 300 CRE processes to CMiC workflows and configurations
  • Assist with validation, and reconciliation during the transition
  • Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and lead end-user training efforts
  • System Support & Optimization
  • Configure and maintain CMiC modules based on business requirements
  • Assist in collaborating across departments to troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Provide technical support to users post go-live, including report creation and permissions management
  • Assist in collaborating with Project Management, Accounting, and external partners to ensure platform alignment with business needs
  • Create, test, and manage financial and operational reports using CMiC BI tools and/or SQL
  • Assist in ensuring data accuracy and integrity for executive dashboards and audit processes

Required Experience

3+ years of experience working with CMiC financial modules in a construction setting
  • Deep understanding of core CMiC financial modules
  • Prior experience in an ERP transition from Sage 300 CRE to CMiC strongly preferred
  • Strong data management, reporting, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with financial best practices in construction/project accounting
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Key Skills

Experience with CMiC integrations (e.g., payroll, HRIS, expense tools) a must
SQL proficiency for reporting
Change management or training experience during ERP
