Are you a skilled CNC Milling Machinist with a knack for precision and a passion for creating high-quality products? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are a leading manufacturing company known for our innovation, quality, and commitment to customer satisfaction. We are seeking an experienced CNC Milling Machinist to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tool and die, tooling, and a keen eye for detail. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
As a CNC Milling Machinist, you will be responsible for:
1. Reading and interpreting engineering blueprints to understand the requirements and specifications of the job.
2. Setting up and operating CNC milling machines, ensuring all equipment is working correctly and safely.
3. Selecting and installing appropriate tools and dies into the machine, making adjustments as necessary.
4. Monitoring the machine during operation, checking for any malfunctions or inconsistencies.
5. Using precision measuring tools to inspect finished products, ensuring they meet the required specifications and quality standards.
6. Performing regular maintenance on the machines, including cleaning and lubricating as needed.
7. Troubleshooting any issues that arise, making necessary repairs or adjustments.
8. Collaborating with the team to improve production processes and increase efficiency.
9. Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a CNC Milling Machinist.
2. Proficiency in operating CNC milling machines and using precision measuring tools.
3. Extensive knowledge of tool and die, tooling, and other machining processes.
4. Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair machine malfunctions.
6. Excellent attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality of finished products.
7. Good physical stamina and strength, with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
8. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
9. A commitment to safety, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
10. A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field or professional certification is a plus.
