We are seeking a proactive and experienced Supervisor to manage our Brokerage Cashiering team. In this role, you'll oversee client money movement operations, ensuring smooth processes, accuracy, and risk management while supporting financial advisors. •  Supervise and guide the Cashiering team, ensuring compliance with established policies and maintaining service level standards.
•  Act as the go-to person for operational inquiries and escalations related to money movement processes.
•  Train and assist advisors with money movement tools, systems, and compliance requirements, including paperwork and AML procedures.
•  Regularly review systems and reports to maintain quality control and risk management.
•  Stay updated on system improvements and procedural changes, ensuring advisors are well-informed.
•  Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless, customer-centric experience.
•  Take on special projects as assigned and be available for overtime during peak times, such as year-end and tax season. What We're Looking For:
•  Good knowledge of money movement regulations and operational best practices.
•  Excellent communication and service-oriented skills.
•  Ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with familiarity in Salesforce and NFS being a plus. Requirements:
•  Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
•  Background in financial services or advisor support.
•  Supervisory experience is a must.
•  Series 7 required; Series 24 preferred (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
