TalentWealth Recruiting, a boutique financial services recruiting firm, is excited to offer a great opportunity. An independent financial advisory practice is currently seeking a dedicated Administrative Coordinator to join their growing team. This is an in-office position located in Raleigh, NC, with the potential for occasional remote work days.

Marketing Coordination
  • Plan and coordinate engaging marketing events.
  • Coordinate vendor contributions to enhance marketing activities.
  • Assist in generating innovative ideas for client events.
  • Create invitations and submit them for Compliance approval.
  • Manage the Christmas cookie list and place orders accordingly.
Video Coordination (Blind Spots)
  • Collaborate with Blind Spots to schedule visits for video recordings.
  • Weekly addition and removal of client email addresses.
  • Submit all videos and newsletters for Compliance approval.
  • Act as the primary contact for communication with the marketing firm (Blind Spots).
General Administrative Duties
  • Serve as the primary contact for incoming phone calls.
  • Coordinate mutual fund vendor office meetings.
  • Handle building maintenance issues (HVAC, exterminator, internet, etc.).
  • Assist in scheduling client appointments.
  • Contact clients to coordinate year-end Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs).
  • Prepare the conference room for client appointments.
  • Respond to basic client inquiries.
  • Process deposits and manage ACH requests for funds.
  • Assist with opening new accounts.
  • Address other client service needs as requested.
