In this role, you will oversee a group of financial sales professionals, drive revenue growth, and develop strategic plans to meet company goals. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of financial products and services, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of financial sales representatives to exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of financial products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Cultivate relationships with high-value clients and business partners.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and compliance teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and offerings.
- Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team informed and motivated.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (MBA a plus).
- 8+ years of experience in financial sales, with 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of financial products (investments, annuity, loans, insurance, wealth management).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
