We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Financial Sales Manager for our clients sales team. In this role, you will oversee a group of financial sales professionals, drive revenue growth, and develop strategic plans to meet company goals. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of financial products and services, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record in sales.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of financial sales representatives to exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain clients.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of financial products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Cultivate relationships with high-value clients and business partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and compliance teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and offerings.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team informed and motivated.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • 8+ years of experience in financial sales, with 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of financial products (investments, annuity, loans, insurance, wealth management).
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
