About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Reporting Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and datasets that drive financial and operational reporting. Your insights will support strategic decision-making across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex data into actionable insights, has a strong grasp of financial concepts, and can collaborate effectively with finance and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for financial and operational metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance team to understand reporting needs and translate them into meaningful visualizations.
  • Create and manage Power BI datasets, ensuring data accuracy and performance optimization.
  • Connect and transform data from multiple sources, including ERPs like JD Edwards, to support reporting requirements.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support business decisions.
  • Maintain data governance standards and ensure data consistency across reports.
  • Assist in automation of reporting processes and standardization of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI dashboard development and data modeling.
  • Strong understanding of DAX, Power Query, and data transformation techniques.
  • Experience working with financial and operational data; familiarity with core financial concepts is a plus.
  • Experience with JD Edwards (JDE) or similar ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience working within a Finance or FP&A function.
  • Understanding of SQL and relational databases.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, or profitability analysis.

Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
