Schedule: M-F 8a - 5p
Compensation: Base salary $45k - $62k, depending on experience. Additionally, there is potential for profit sharing, which could bring the total compensation up to $95k.

Sabio Systems is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Financial Project Specialist with a strong background in financial services or the legal industry. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines project coordination, financial oversight, and legal support. You will help lead the settlement team, support case development, and take full ownership of ensuring client projects are executed seamlessly and efficiently.
Youll thrive in this role if you're highly organized, proactive, and motivated by both precision and progress. This role requires an individual who can manage evolving casework, oversee critical financial documentation, and provide polished, professional service to both clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities for the Financial Project Specialist: Manage settlement projects from start to finish, coordinating consultants, attorneys, and support staff to ensure timely and accurate execution of legal and financial documentation.
Oversee the development of client cases, preparing legal and financial documents with precision and a high level of detail.
Coordinate calendars and schedules for settlement consultants and related teams, ensuring efficient workflows and polished communication.
Maintain electronic client files and legal records using structured, organized systems.
Perform financial reconciliations (account, invoice, balance sheet) and oversee compliance with internal controls and settlement procedures.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to settlements or financial data, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
Support cross-functional collaboration between internal departments and external partners, including attorneys, vendors, and consultants.
Provide exceptional client service while managing deadlines, shifting priorities, and evolving project scopes.
Key Qualifications for the Financial Project Specialist: 2+ years of experience in financial services, legal operations, or case/project management.
Proven success in fast-paced, dynamic environments where accuracy and adaptability are essential.
Strong understanding of financial planning concepts and/or legal documentation processes.
Life & Health Insurance license or FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, 65, or 66 preferred but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with QuickBooks or similar software is a must.
Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for service excellence.
Exceptional communication skills with a knack for simplifying complex topics.
Highly detail-oriented, accurate, and comfortable managing ambiguity or change.
