Average Annual Full-Time Agent Compensation Tiers:
Tier 1 (0-3 Years Experience): $65,050
Tier 2 (4-7 Years Experience): $284,033
Tier 3 (8-10 Years Experience): $502,278
Based on average earnings in 2020, for U.S. agents who expand to full time and have earned executive-level promotions. Earnings listed are in U.S. Dollars.
Base Qualifications:
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Legal U.S. resident, citizen, or work permit holder with SSN
- Ability to complete licensing requirements
- High level of integrity (critical in this regulated, customer-focused industry)
Desired Skills:
Entrepreneurial mindset is mandatory
Enjoy helping others
Prior sales and/or business experience preferred
Life and Health license preferred but not required
Ethical, intentional, and accountable, with a desire to invest in your future?
Responsibilities:
Educate clients on financial strategies
Assess client assets and liabilities as well as overall financial condition
Review and make recommendations on client portfolios
Network and build relationships with new and existing clientele
Must be willing to enroll in and complete an online licensing course and pass required exam
Upon successful completion of an initial phone conversation candidates will meet via Zoom for an informational overview that will include more information on what companies we work with, what we do for our clients, training, and compensation. We will also determine if a candidate is aligned with our culture and core values.
