FP&A Manager - Corporate (40690)
Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area looking for an FP&A Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 6+ years of experience, driven, and analytical. This company offers a collaborative team, flexibility, and competitive benefits. This position is hybrid.
The salary for this position is $130k - $140k.
The FP&A Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide financial leadership to the executive team and serve as a finance business partner to IT and corporate functions.
- Lead the preparation and submission of quarterly and annual budgets.
- Analyze variances by comparing forecasts with actual results, identifying key drivers and challenging inaccuracies.
- Supervise the preparation of financial reports, variance analyses, and global monthly reporting packages for accurate and consistent results.
- Create and present financial reports with clear, data-driven insights.
- Develop automated reports, dashboards, and analytics using BPC, SQL, and Power BI.
- Ensure timely execution of financial reporting controls with proper review documentation and implement best practices.
The FP&A Manager will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Master's degree, CPA, CFA a plus.
- 6+ years of related experience.
- Robust computer skills - SAP, BPC, Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills (e.g. Pivots, Power Query), RPA concepts, Power BI.
- Strong business sense with an ability to interpret data and explain financial results.
- Driven and results oriented.
