LHH Recruitment Solutions is actively working on a direct hire search for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in the Overland Park area. This role is with a fast-growing division of a larger company. The division has reached $1B in revenue and continues to grow. The FP&A Manager will be hired as bench strength for future finance executive roles expected to open up in the next couple of years. This role will report directly to the Director of Finance and will manage a team of 1-3 Analysts. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years' FP&A experience or public accounting experience.
The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager job duties and responsibilities include:
- Annual and long-term budgeting
- Periodic forecasting
- Monthly and ad hoc variance analysis
- Benchmarking, trend analysis, and market analysis
- Strategic Planning
Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or Comparable Field
- Strong accounting foundation preferred
- Minimum of 1+ year of FP&A preferred
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
This company is on a hybrid work schedule with 2-3 days/week in office.
