About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Manager/Sr. Analyst of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our growing finance team. This role will be responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, as well as providing strategic support and insights to senior leadership. The ideal candidate has a strong background in financial modeling, business partnering, and decision support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Finance Operations on funding of certain partnerships and reporting obligations to external parties
- Assist with the coordination and preparation of Board Presentation packages
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across all business units
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support planning and strategic initiatives
- Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
- Partner with business leaders to provide actionable insights and improve financial outcomes
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and executive dashboards
- Support long-term strategic planning and capital allocation decisions
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA/CFA a plus)
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with planning and accounting tools (e.g., NetSuite and Adaptive Insights preferred)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions and present to senior leadership
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
