Finance Manager
Location: North Austin, TX (Onsite with future hybrid flexibility)
Salary Range: $140,000-$150,000 + potential bonus
Work Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Overview:
Our Austin client is seeking a Finance Manager to support the CFO in leading financial reporting, planning, and cross-functional financial strategy. This individual will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, pricing strategy, and team development-while also contributing to broader organizational performance and operational alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and variance analysis
- Prepare executive-level reports for leadership, investors, and the board
- Drive the annual budget, long-range planning, and forecasting processes
- Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and Accounting to align revenue, cost, and margin targets
- Oversee pricing strategy for RFPs and non-standard deals
- Support sales commissions planning and special incentives
- Lead and mentor team members while improving financial processes and reporting tools
- Contribute to cross-functional efforts to improve operational efficiency and margin optimization
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 10+ years of finance experience, with a strong focus on financial modeling and forecasting
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate team members
- Strong communicator with effective executive presence
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats and thriving in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $140,000-$150,000
