Senior FP&A Analyst - Hospitality Group


New York, NY (First 90 days then hybrid, 1-2 WFH) Full-time Salary Range: $115 - 125,000 (Dependent on Experience)


We are partnering with a growing New York-based hospitality group known for building and operating high-quality, multi-concept restaurant brands across the U.S. With over 60 locations nationwide, this organization is driven by a long-term, strategic investment approach-focused on sustainable growth through both organic development and acquisitions.


As the company continues to scale, they are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their finance team. This is a high-impact role supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis-perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and wants to help shape the future of a forward-thinking hospitality brand.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver monthly and ad hoc financial reports to senior leadership, highlighting KPIs and business trends
  • Conduct variance analysis and identify key drivers impacting financial performance
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models for planning, scenario analysis, and key decision-making
  • Enhance reporting and business intelligence tools within Workday Prism and Adaptive
  • Support and manage components of the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Partner with operations, marketing, HR, and other departments to gather insights and inform financial analysis
  • Communicate financial insights clearly and concisely to support informed business decisions
  • Recommend process improvements and financial optimization strategies

What We're Looking For

  • Strong data analytics and financial modeling skills
  • Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking
  • Proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience with Workday Prism and Adaptive Planning is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Background in hospitality, restaurant, or retail industries preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain financial data to non-finance stakeholders
