We are seeking a Financial Planner Administrator to join our dedicated team in Allentown, PA. This position plays a vital role in supporting our Financial Advisors by providing exceptional client service, proactive communication, and efficient administrative support. Job Title: Financial Planner Administrator
Location: Allentown, PA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $50,000-$55,000 annually
Employment Type: Full-time
Financial Planner Administrator Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing client and business development support to Financial Advisors
  • Maintain proactive client communication and assist with daily office administration
  • Create, update, and maintain client records and documentation
  • Handle client communications efficiently via calls, emails, letters, and forms
  • Coordinate account openings and follow-ups, escalating issues when necessary
  • Ensure all documentation meets industry regulations and internal standards
  • Utilize and maintain Redtail CRM for all client and operational tasks
  • Maintain organized communication and filing systems (physical and electronic)
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless workflow and a positive client experience
  • Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings
  • Professionally answer and manage incoming calls
Financial Planner Administrator Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred
  • Excellent computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Understanding of financial markets, investments, and insurance is a plus
  • Life, Health, and Securities licenses are a bonus but not required
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and punctual
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and eager to contribute to a growing team
