This position plays a vital role in supporting our Financial Advisors by providing exceptional client service, proactive communication, and efficient administrative support. Job Title: Financial Planner Administrator
Location: Allentown, PA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $50,000-$55,000 annually
Employment Type: Full-time
Financial Planner Administrator Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing client and business development support to Financial Advisors
- Maintain proactive client communication and assist with daily office administration
- Create, update, and maintain client records and documentation
- Handle client communications efficiently via calls, emails, letters, and forms
- Coordinate account openings and follow-ups, escalating issues when necessary
- Ensure all documentation meets industry regulations and internal standards
- Utilize and maintain Redtail CRM for all client and operational tasks
- Maintain organized communication and filing systems (physical and electronic)
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless workflow and a positive client experience
- Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings
- Professionally answer and manage incoming calls
Financial Planner Administrator Qualifications: - High School diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred
- Excellent computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Understanding of financial markets, investments, and insurance is a plus
- Life, Health, and Securities licenses are a bonus but not required
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and punctual
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and eager to contribute to a growing team
