Job Title: Operations Financial Analyst
Location: Radnor, PA or Northern Indiana office (Hybrid - 3 days on-site / 2 days remote)

Compensation: $89,000 - $93,000 base salary + 10% annual bonus

About the Role:
We're seeking an Operations Financial Analyst to support our U.S. Finance team. This role is key to driving operational efficiency through thoughtful financial analysis and a strong grasp of GAAP principles. You'll work cross-functionally to analyze performance, support cost optimization, and contribute to strategic initiatives such as our SAP S4/Hana implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the month-end close ensuring accuracy of results and understanding variance drivers.General Ledger reconciliations as necessary to ensure accuracy of financial statements
- Prepare internal financial reports and variance analysis - highlighting opportunities and risk areas - taking immediate action to mitigate
- Partner with Operations to drive cost efficiencies through analysis of KPIs, continuous improvement, and capital projects
- Participate in Forecasts and the annual Budget plan
- As a key member of the team participate in the implementation of SAP S4/Hana, new technologies, processes and procedures that SAP will bring
- Proactively identifying, researching, and reporting upon variances to leaders within the organization
- Collaboration with multiple internal departments along with business leaders to develop accurate budgets and guide business leaders on a path to success
- Perform ad hoc analysis as needed
Qualifications, skills, and abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience; manufacturing industry exposure preferred
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with major accounting systems; SAP experience a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI familiarity is a bonus
- Proactive, self-driven, and committed to continuous improvement
- Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Willingness to travel to U.S. locations as needed
