Responsibilities
- Assist in budget preparation and forecasting, and provide financial analysis to support strategic decision - making.
- Prepare and review accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure that all accounting records and processes comply with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Manage daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, account reconciliation, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Supervise and guide the work of the accounting team to improve work efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with external auditors to prepare for and coordinate the annual audit.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of tax filings and provide tax planning advice.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential financial risks.
- Optimize accounting processes and systems to improve automation and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and support.
Job Requirements
Experience/Skills Requirements
A bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; hold a professional accounting qualification, such as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in accounting, taxation, financial management, etc.
