This innovative collaboration offers a fully remote, 100% flexible development experience for aspiring undergraduate and graduate students interested in becoming the next generation of purpose-driven financial and insurance leaders. As one of the leading firms in the financial, insurance, and wealth management industry, IronHawk Financial in partnership with Voice Up has designed this intensive 8-week program to provide hands-on experience with cutting-edge concepts while empowering students to align their purpose with financial strategies that create positive social impact.
Purpose-Driven Financial Leadership
Building on Voice Up's core principles of Collaboration , Humility , Precision , Patience , and Empathy , this program is specifically designed to help participants discover their purpose while developing practical financial and insurance expertise. Participants will learn strategies specifically designed to inform and empower students, youth, young adults, and families from the most underserved communities, providing them with access to financial knowledge they typically cannot attain through traditional educational channels.
Global Networking Experience
As a required component of the internship, participants will attend the OWA Global Impact Networking Alliance Conference at a significantly reduced registration fee of $50 per student for each day $100 total. This two-day global business impact conference provides invaluable opportunities for students to:

Three Ways to Participate:
All team members have the opportunity to progress towards a paid stipend as their ideas are refined and developed including the option to progress to the level of independent contactor for Voice Up sponsored for a period of 6 months to 12 months paid an hourly rate of $20 to $30 for a maximum of 15 hours per week per academic semester.

3. Paid Fellowship: Selected candidates with strong social impact project proposals may receive stipends of $500-$750 monthly. These opportunities are secured case-by-case through partnerships between Voice Up and potential sponsors. Requires commitment to a 3-4 month specific project.
