Mike Cox of Robert Half is currently recruiting a Finance Director for a well respected Media and Entertainment Talent Management company.
The Finance Director will support the CEO and Executive Team in order to contribute to the overall success of the organization by effectively managing all financial and accounting duties.
The Finance Director will oversee the financial operations of the business and provide frequent financial reports. They will also assure strict adherence to financial regulations and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies
- Effectively maintain all financial records ideally from a Media/Production or Talent Management company
- Staff Development and Team management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 5+ years' of experience in finance or accounting
- CPA designation
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Quickbooks experience
