Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
- Create strategic plans for high-net-worth clients, focusing on cash flow management, long-term investment strategies, and generational wealth transfers.
- Lead the development and management of investment strategies tailored to clients' needs.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, economic conditions, and investment opportunities.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks associated with investment portfolios and business operations.
- Collaborate with business owners, external accountants, and attorneys to facilitate buyouts, acquisitions, and transitions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 10+ years of finance experience in wealth management, investment banking, or financial services
- 4+ years of management experience
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements.
- Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
