As a Bank Call Center Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive banking experience.

Contract to Hire opportunity: The Company's goal is to hire permanently after 90 days.


Start Date: 5/5

TRAINING: 7 weeks- Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm (Attendance is Crucial.)


Shift Information:

Once Training is completed you will be assigned a set schedule below

  • Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri, Sat: 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm or 9am-5:30pm or 9:30am-6pm or 10am-6:30pm or 10:30am-7pm
  • Sun, Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri: 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm or 9am-5:30pm or 9:30am-6pm or 10am-6:30pm or 10:30am-7pm
  • Excellent attendance is crucial (you cannot miss any time during the 7 weeks of training)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and provide prompt, accurate, and efficient customer service
  • Research and resolve customer issues independently
  • Navigate multiple systems and tools to access customer information
  • Adhere to strict quality and compliance standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals

Qualifications:

  • 6 months of customer service experience (retail, call center, or similar)
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Positive attitude and a passion for helping others
