Financial Controller - Full-Time, On-Site - Warwickshire

We're working with a highly respected business based in Warwickshire to recruit a dynamic and commercially astute Financial Controller. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment and play a key leadership role within the business.

About the Role:

As Financial Controller, you will lead a capable finance team and take ownership of end-to-end financial operations. From delivering accurate reporting and forecasting to providing strategic financial insight to senior leadership, your work will directly influence business decision-making and performance.

You'll be responsible for:

Managing month-end and year-end close processes

Preparing and presenting monthly financial reporting packs

Leading cash flow planning, credit control, and working capital management

Delivering financial insights and supporting the senior leadership team with data-driven decisions

Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and risk/opportunity analysis

Championing continuous improvement, financial systems development, and internal controls

Managing statutory, tax, and audit requirements

Supporting strategic projects including scenario planning and capital investment analysis

About You:

We're looking for a finance leader who brings both technical excellence and commercial awareness. You'll be qualified (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent), with a track record of leading high-performing teams and driving financial clarity across an organisation.

You'll also bring:

Strong business partnering and communication skills

Proficiency with ERP systems

A proactive, improvement-oriented mindset
