We're looking for a Controller who's not afraid to lead from the front. Someone who can help build financial systems while coaching teams, supporting new business launches, and preparing for platform-scale growth.
You must be based in the Seattle/Tacoma area and willing to travel within western WA, where our businesses operate.
What You'll Do
• Own accounting and finance operations across our portfolio
• Build scalable financial systems, controls, and internal reporting
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Collaborate on capital strategy, investor relations, and M&A
• Support the financial design of a homeowner-facing tech platform
• Coach leaders across the portfolio on business and financial literacy
• Jump in wherever needed; this is a hands-on, high-growth environment

Who You Are
• 5+ years in accounting/finance leadership (CPA or public accounting a plus)
• Experienced in multi-entity or high-growth environments
• Skilled in financial modeling, forecasting, and systems development
• Grounded, humble, and unafraid of hard work
• Excited to build both businesses and people
• Based in the Seattle/Tacoma region with ability to travel between locations
