We are currently looking for a Financial Controller for our client in the Houston, TX area.
Role Description
This is a Full time on-site role for a Financial Controller based in Houston, TX. The Financial Controller will oversee the preparation of financial statements, manage financial reporting, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing financial data, preparing reports, budgeting, cash management and forecasting. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to provide financial insights and support business decision-making processes.
In this role, you will need a strong working knowledge of inventory and asset accounting, along with the ability to communicate clearly with the other members of the finance team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong Accounting skills and knowledge of finance principles
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Ability to work on-site in Spring, TX
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is preferred
- Experience with Business Central (Dynamics NAV) accounting system is a benefit
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
