What will the Financial Controller do?
-Support a team of 4 direct reports
-Responsible for maintaining and reconciling all company accounting systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting financials
-Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements and prepare for audits.
-Reconcile general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, pre-paid, and non-trade accounts.
-Perform inventory reconciliations and physical counts at period-end closings.
-Reconcile bank accounts for all companies.
-Supervise and maintain the company's payroll operations
-Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends
-Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization; i.e., evaluation of potential alliances acquisitions and/or mergers and pension funds and investments.
-Optimize the handling of bank and deposit relationships
-Develop a reliable cash flow projection process

What is requirements does the ideal Financial Controller need to meet?
-Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
-CPA is a plus but not a must
-At least seven (7) years' experience in a similar position
-Have worked with an ERP system such as Microsoft Dynamics and specifically D365
