Controller - Manufacturing / Government Contracting


What You'll Do:


Financial Leadership: Oversee accounting, treasury, tax compliance, and risk management to ensure financial stability and growth.

Strategic Decision-Making: Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to align with company goals.

Operational Impact: Partner with the CEO to streamline processes, controls, and reporting while supporting Lean initiatives.

Team Development: Mentor and grow the finance & accounting team, fostering a high-performance culture.


What You Bring:


7+ years of accounting/finance experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.

Manufacturing industry experience required; government contracting (DoD) experience preferred.

CPA highly preferred; MBA is a plus.

Expertise in job cost accounting, financial analysis, ERP systems, and US GAAP compliance.

Proven ability to streamline financial operations, and optimize financial performance.
