The Opportunity:

As a Business Analyst at Fisher Investments, you will partner with external consultants and subject matter experts (SMEs) in Finance and Technology to implement transformative department-wide technology and process solutions. Reporting to the Finance Support Manager, your accounting expertise will assist in defining and documenting business requirements. You'll also engage in parallel testing of existing and new technologies while sharing your findings with stakeholders. Additionally, you will facilitate User Acceptance Testing and leverage end-user feedback to refine processes.

The Day-to-Day:
  • Stay informed on SAP Concur updates and best practices; lead the analysis, configuration, and optimization of SAP Concur solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Engage with Subject Matter Experts, decision-makers, and external consultants to gather business requirements and design streamlined business processes.
  • Provide continuous support, including regression testing, to address defects and enhance systems.
  • Create comprehensive process documentation including flowcharts, procedures, policies, system requirements, and training materials.
  • Develop efficient accounting processes that capitalize on new technology; analyze data to produce reports that support decision-making and process improvement.
  • Guide projects through the complete lifecycle from ideation to implementation and stabilization.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to assess training materials and lead sessions for end-users to ensure successful implementation and effective use of SAP Concur tools.
Your Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, and process optimization.
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience with SAP Concur modules such as Request, Travel, Intelligence Reporting, and Expense; completion of SAP Concur Advanced Configuration Training- Expense and Request.
  • Experience overseeing full project life cycles from concept through to implementation and stabilization.
  • Proficient in MS Visio, Excel (including complex spreadsheet management), and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in documentation management.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Compensation:
  • $70,000-$92,500 base salary per year in the state of WA - New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range based on experience.
  • Eligibility for a discretionary bonus based on both firm and individual performance.
