Piper Companies is looking for a Financial Analyst to join a DoD consulting company. This role is based in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD and remote 2 days per week. Essential Duties of the Financial Analyst: Conduct a thorough review of financials to include budget forecasts for salaries, identify, track, and forecast technical assistance and additional funding sources. Pulling Status of Funds (SOF) Reports
Provide team support with financial requests, such as advising on general financial requests that are related to execution/procurement.
Daily team support with financial requests for the entire life of the FMS case.
Qualifications of the Financial Analyst: 2+ years of relevant professional experience
Experience with GFEBS or similar system
High proficiency in Excel.
Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret or Top Secret clearance.
Experience in providing financial analyst/budget analyst support to an on-site DoD contract.
Compensation for the Financial Analyst: $75,000 - $100,000 (based on experience)
2 remote days per week
