Job DetailsThe Financial Analyst is responsible for performing financial and operational analysis, preparing financial forecasting and reporting, identifying trends, and preparing monthly reconciliations.
- Requires a bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years cost & financial accounting, forecasting and analysis.
- MBA, CPA or FMP preferred.
- Familiarity with US GAAP
- OneStream experience a PLUS.
- Exposure to Mult-ERP environment preferred. AS/400 experience a big plus
- Working knowledge of One Stream or Hyperion strongly preferred
- Excellent excel and spreadsheet skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Power Query etc).
Responsibilities:
- Financial and operational analysis.
- Monthly financial forecasting and reporting.
- Tracking, trending, modeling, variance analysis.
- Preparation of financial forecast, budget, and strategic plan.
- Identifies and drives lean initiatives/cost saving programs.
- Process documentation, risk identification, audit, SOX.
- Prepares journal entries and transactional accounting.
- Monthly account reconciliations.
- Profitability study and other ad hoc special projects and reporting.
- Implementation of new financial systems and reports.
- Standard cost accounting, bill of materials, cost, and inventory reporting.
- Computer software proficiency with traditional Microsoft Office applications.
