At Adobe, the DMe Field organization propels the business through data-driven forecast, provides influential insights and drives operational efficiencies.


Responsibilities:

  • Help consolidate topline rolling financial forecast process. Support outlook, QRF and annual planning process.
  • Develop and consolidate full P&L financial reporting and analysis including quarterly results package for various executive financial reviews.
  • Determine appropriate process, methodology, variables and modeling techniques to develop and deliver forecasts.
  • Develop key highlights/KPIs to drive business performance and track growth initiatives
  • Seek efficiencies in processes, designing for scale and flexibility.
  • Partner with Finance Systems team to refine data systems and tools to track performance, provide reporting solutions and enhance operational insights.
  • Be extremely curious with strong desire to drive issues to root cause, such as in the explanation of key variances between actuals and plans / forecasts.

Skills and Experience:

  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • 4-6 years of relevant finance experience. Previous experience in creating financial models for a subscription/SaaS business a plus. Management consulting or investment banking a plus.
  • Solid understanding of planning and forecasting for outlook, QRF and long range planning.
  • Experience working with top line revenue.
  • Strong analytical skills, efficient, self-motivated with the ability to follow through and implement process improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive large-scale planning processes that involve multiple stakeholders.
  • Outstanding communication skills with ability to articulate key business insights and convey financial impact.
  • Ability to work autonomously, to meet tight deadlines, and to thrive in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
  • Highly attentive to details with excellent organizational skills and ability to take charge, set objectives, drive to results, team oriented.
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort learning/navigating financial systems are essential; experience in Tableau and PowerBI are preferred.
  • Experience with IBM Planning Analytics / TM1.

Compensation:

  • Up to $53.06 per hour.
