Financial Analyst - High-Growth Manufacturing Company
Location: San Antonio, TX (On-Site, 5 Days a Week)
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and track key business performance metrics
  • Implement and enhance Business Intelligence (BI) tools for data analysis
  • Generate clear, actionable reports to support decision-making
  • Collaborate with leadership to prioritize process improvements
  • Apply statistical methods to identify operational efficiencies and streamline workflows
  • Develop and refine data collection guidelines in partnership with department managers


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, preferably in manufacturing or a similar industry
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
  • Experience with inventory, production, procurement, logistics, sales, and financial analysis
  • Ability to work in a schedule-driven environment where timing is critical
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for interacting with vendors, customers, and internal teams
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
  • Team player with the ability to build rapport and gain leadership buy-in for process improvements
