Salary: $80,000 - $90,000

Key Responsibilities: - Identify and track key business performance metrics
- Implement and enhance Business Intelligence (BI) tools for data analysis
- Generate clear, actionable reports to support decision-making
- Collaborate with leadership to prioritize process improvements
- Apply statistical methods to identify operational efficiencies and streamline workflows
- Develop and refine data collection guidelines in partnership with department managers
Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, preferably in manufacturing or a similar industry
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- Experience with inventory, production, procurement, logistics, sales, and financial analysis
- Ability to work in a schedule-driven environment where timing is critical
- Strong communication and presentation skills for interacting with vendors, customers, and internal teams
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
- Team player with the ability to build rapport and gain leadership buy-in for process improvements
