• Full P&L ownership - Dive deep into financial statements, providing critical insights and recommendations.

• Financial planning & analysis - Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning to support business growth.

• Reporting & decision support - Deliver actionable financial reports and present key findings to senior leadership.

• Variance analysis - Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize performance.

• Process improvement - Enhance financial workflows, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strategic alignment.

• 5+ years of financial analysis experience, with a strong grasp of FP&A.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• Expert-level Excel skills - You know your way around complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.

• Experience preparing and presenting financial reports to leadership.
