Location: New York, NY (Hybrid / Remote)
Compensation: $100,000-$150,000 USD base + significant performance bonus ( $138,000-$208,000 CAD equivalent)

The Opportunity:
We are looking for a top-tier Financial Analyst to join our core team. You will play a mission-critical role analyzing investment opportunities, monitoring risk, enhancing our systems, and directly impacting fund performance. What You'll Do:
- Analyze company fundamentals, earnings trends, alternative datasets, and market positioning to drive actionable insights
- Build financial models and valuation frameworks across equities and derivatives markets
- Monitor and optimize portfolio risk, P&L, and exposure on a real-time basis
- Help refine trading and risk frameworks alongside the CIO and senior team
- Surface hidden risks and alpha opportunities others miss
- Prepare investor-ready reports, attribution analyses, and strategic reviews
- Progress toward suggesting and independently managing your own trade ideas
What We're Looking For:
- 2-5 years of experience at a top hedge fund, investment bank, private equity firm, or elite trading desk
- Deep financial acumen, modeling skills, and a strong command of market mechanics
- Knowledge of options pricing, Greeks, and risk exposures (CFA, FRM, or technical
- certifications a plus)
- Stellar attention to detail, bias for action, and intellectual curiosity
- Ownership mindset - proactive, accountable, and competitive
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier program in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Math, or related
