Financial Analyst - FP&A PA (onsite) Direct Hire $90K-$100K A fast-growing, purpose-driven multi-billion dollar company in the home remodeling industry is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their Corporate FP&A team. This is a new, high-visibility role where you'll work directly with finance leadership on forecasting, reporting, and financial strategy. If you love building from scratch, working in Excel, and want to make an impact in a progressive, people-first culture - this could be the perfect next step. About the Role:
• Create and maintain financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow).
• Build financial models and perform forecasting for revenues, costs, and operations.
• Analyze financial data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Partner with the Accounting team to ensure accurate reporting.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards with the Business Technology team.
• Work closely with leadership, including the FP&A Manager and SVP of Corporate Finance.
• Tackle ad-hoc analysis projects for departments, geographies, and strategic initiatives What We're Looking For:
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Excel expert - must be able to build models, templates, and tools from scratch (no pre-made templates).
• Advanced knowledge of INDEX/MATCH , pivot tables, and financial analysis tools.
