Our client near the Linthicum Heights, MD area is looking to hire a Financial Analyst to support their FP&A team. This is a new role due to growth and this role will work closely with the Regional Finance Manager and CFO, reporting to the Director of FP&A to drive data-informed decisions, optimize clinic-level performance, and support strategic planning across our multi-site organization. This is a is a well-known healthcare related company that is backed by private equity with over 50+ years of success. They are well over $200 million in annual revenue, 100+ locations locations across 6-7 states so there is also a huge opportunity for growth in this role.
This position is HYBRID offering 3 days in office, 2 days remote
The office will be moving to Owings Mills, MD in the Fall 2025

Financial Analyst Key Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and performance trends
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
- Develop financial models and deliver insights to senior leaders
- Assist with ROI evaluations and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate across Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams
- Ad-hoc projects
Financial Analyst Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1-4 years of financial analysis experience or FP&A experience
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SQL/Power BI is a plus
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
