Qualifications:

• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and financial reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).

This role is integral to our business operations, providing key insights that drive strategic decisions and optimize financial performance.

Responsibilities:

As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including, but not limited to:

1. Conducting detailed financial analyses to support strategic decision-making processes.
2. Utilizing Great Plains software to manage financial data and generate reports.
3. Assisting in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.
4. Identifying trends and making recommendations to improve financial performance.
5. Collaborating with various teams to analyze financial data and develop financial models.
6. Evaluating financial performance against key business metrics and communicating results to management.
7. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
8. Participating in special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Financial Analyst position will possess the following qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or equivalent professional qualification will be considered an advantage.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, with a proven track record of success.
3. Proficiency in Great Plains software is a must.
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
5. Strong knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
6. Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. High attention to detail and accuracy.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
