Financial Analyst
LHH Professional Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Financial Analyst for our Central Houston area client, to support monthly consolidations and accounting as well budgeting and forecasting. The ideal candidate will possess an analytical mindset and a blend of accounting and finance experience. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst role include:
- Perform quantitative analysis on financials
- Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting processes
- Analysis of data and development of internal reports for management
- Collaboration with IT to enhance operational finance reports and decision-making
- Utilization of business intelligence tools to build financial reports
- Support director in compiling data and reports for management presentations
- Special projects as assigned by management
Primary requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of detailed financial analysis experience
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and exposure to Tableau
- Strong analytical and problem resolution skills
