Financial Analyst - FP&A

About the Role: We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our high-impact FP&A team. In this role, you will support financial forecasting and reporting functions for a $2B+ organization. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong financial modeling skills and deep Excel expertise -someone who builds tools from scratch and thrives in a metrics-driven, collaborative environment. You will be responsible for updating key financial statements, forecasting business performance, and providing strategic support to the FP&A Manager, senior finance executives, and leadership teams. Key Responsibilities:
•   Build, maintain, and update company financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)
•   Forecast revenue and costs across departments and geographies
•   Analyze financial and operational data to drive insight and strategy
•   Perform variance analysis and trend identification
•   Develop Excel models from scratch (using advanced functions like INDEX/MATCH-not templates)
•   Partner with accounting to ensure data accuracy and integrity
•   Create dashboards and reporting tools in collaboration with the Business Technology team
•   Deliver analysis and reporting for key strategic projects
•   Contribute to ongoing financial process improvements and tools
•   Perform additional duties as assigned by management What We're Looking For:
•   Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
•   3-5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or related roles
•   Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, INDEX/MATCH, custom-built models)
•   Ability to design and build financial templates/tools from scratch
•   Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
•   Excellent communication and business partnering skills
•   Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully onsite environment Why Join:
