Associate Financial Advisor and Planner About the Opportunity
We're partnering with a boutique, high-touch wealth management firm that is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Financial Advisor and Planner to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a client-first mindset and long-term commitment to financial planning. • Client Relationship Transition : Join all client calls and meetings with the Lead Advisor, learning their style and philosophy. Over time, you'll become the primary advisor for select client relationships.
• Financial Planning : Collaborate with clients on comprehensive planning strategies-investment management, retirement, estate, tax, and risk management.
• Ongoing Engagement : Lead client reviews and check-ins, updating plans as needed and providing thoughtful recommendations.
• Partnership with Firm Leadership : Sit alongside the founder to absorb their methodology and participate in growing the firm. Ideal Candidate Profile
• CFP designation required
• Series 65 or 66 license required (Series 7 is a plus)
• 3-5+ years of experience in financial planning or wealth management
• Experience with eMoney and Redtail (Preferred)
