A great UHY client is seeking a Finance & Transaction Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of commercial finance experience at a law firm, be comfortable managing loan transactions, and hold a JD with bar admission in one of the following states: IL, DC, or TX.
The Finance & Transaction Associate role is a hybrid position, with 3 days each week being onsite. This is a client direct hire position.
Finance & Transaction Associate - About You:
- You have 3-6 years of commercial finance experience at a law firm;
- You have experience with drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions;
- You have experience managing multiple matters simultaneously;
- You have a J.D. degree (or its equivalent) and strong academic credentials; and
- You are admitted in (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in, the applicable jurisdiction (Illinois, Texas or District of Columbia).
