Job Title/Position: Finance Specialist I


Job Description:

  • Maintain and update financial records, managing data within SAP.
  • Prepare financial statements, profit and loss reports, and cash flow statements in accordance with company policies and regulations.
  • Participate in the preparation of business plans and related documentation.
  • Prepare necessary documents for bank loans and facilitate smooth communication with banks.
  • Prepare and present financial analysis reports to company executives and financial institutions.
  • Manage basic banking tasks, including fund management, deposit management, and payment processing.
  • Conduct daily accounting tasks such as basic journal entries, adjusting entries, and correcting entries.
  • Support and participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.
  • Assist in tax reporting and audit preparation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to collect financial data.
  • Work with other departments to manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
  • Review and manage expense reports, fund cost allocations, and reimbursement processes.
  • Analyze and evaluate various organizational expenses.
  • Manage investment costs and assess the feasibility and potential profitability of investment opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills preferred).
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to grow within the company.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required.
