Job Description: As the Senior Manager of Finance - McDonaldu2019s Loyalty Program, you will play a critical role in driving growth of the My McDonaldu2019s Rewards Loyalty program on a global scale. Key candidates for this position will be able to become the finance lead on a cross-functional team, helping to model out the financial implications of various program enhancements to inform long-term strategy. Key Responsibilities include: + Serve as the subject matter expert on all Finance topics related to the My McDonaldu2019s Rewards loyalty program -u00a0including project budgeting and tracking, corporate accounting implications of new features, and modeling out expected financial impacts. + Develop new financial models to estimate the impact of various proposed enhancements to the My McDonaldu2019s Rewards program on a global scale. Potential models could include new in-app features, new customer value options, and potential 3rdu00a0party partnership opportunities + Communicate recommendations to leadership on which enhancements and partnerships should be prioritized to best grow customer usage of the My McDonaldu2019s Rewards app. + Ad-Hoc Projects: Assist with various ad-hoc requests and special projects, related to growth of the My McDonaldu2019s Rewards program such as, cost/benefit analysis, project spend prioritization, financial contract analysis + Create global modeling frameworks and tools to assist individual markets around the world in determining the best decisions for their markets. + Collaborate and become a key thought-partner to the cross-functional global My McDonaldu2019s Rewards team (Technology, Marketing, Operations, Market Finance, Corporate Strategy) This role will report to the Director of FP&A - Business Advisory Servicesu00a0u00a0 Benefits eligible: Yes Bonus eligible: Yes Long term incentive eligible: Yes The expected salary range for this role isu00a0$129,800 - $165,490 The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Qualifications: + Bacheloru2019s degree (or equivalent) in Accounting or Finance + 8+ years of experience; previous FP&A, Big 4, or similar experience preferred + Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency including familiarity with building complex financial models with large amounts of data + Executive-level communication skills and presence - ability to level-up the details, identify whatu2019s important, and advise our leadership + Proven track record of managing competing priorities and addressing roadblocks -desire to work independently amid ambiguity in a fast-moving environment + Strong interpersonal skills - ability to interact with all disciplines, levels, and cultures and build relationships + Strong analytical skills and storytelling abilities through business case thinking and frameworks + A strategic mindset, bias towards action, skepticism of the status quo, and can-do attitude - someone who is not afraid to dig in, uncover problems, and find solutions as a collective team Additional Information: Benefits eligible: This position offers health and welfare benefits, a 401(k) plan, adoption assistance program, educational assistance program, flexible ways of working, and time off policies (including sick leave, parental leave, and vacation/PTO).
