Processing of sales invoicesPoint of contact for internal and external customers and sales supportProcessing of sales and stock ordersLiaise with internal departments as appropriate to complete the sales processEnsure all sales order processes are followed and adhered toAssist in stock control, including loan, hire and demo equipmentRegister new equipment with the appropriate authoritiesEnsure all relevant information is collated and documented for trade-in machinesTo follow an organised and methodical process that ensures the sales admin process is accurate and preciseAhearn to all dealer and manufacturer standardsWhat you'll need to succeed - Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
