Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Program Manager III to work for one of our top global tech clients. We're looking for a strategic and driven Program Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that transform Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes across B2B businesses

Pay: $95-$105/hr. depending on experience

Schedule: M-F8a-5p

Summary:

This role sits within CAO organization and operates at the intersection of Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations. You'll bring clarity to complex problems, create alignment across teams, and deliver measurable business impact through exceptional program delivery, stakeholder influence, and strategic thinking.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Q2C transformation programs-spanning process optimization, system enhancements, automation, and organizational alignment.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Accounting, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to build scalable, tech-enabled Q2C capabilities.
• Define clear program goals, milestones, and KPIs, and ensure execution stays on track through structured work planning and issue resolution.
• Maintain program-level visibility and accountability through roadmaps, dashboards, and clear documentation.
• Leverage tools like Asana to stay organized and drive execution across multiple workstreams.
• Support change management and adoption efforts to ensure long-term success and team alignment.
• Communicate effectively across a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior leadership-adapting messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Build alignment and influence cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment to drive progress and shared ownership.
• Anticipate risks, manage dependencies, and proactively escalate issues to maintain momentum.
• Facilitate stakeholder syncs, workshops, and Steering Committee updates with clarity and influence.

What You'll Need

• 8+ years of experience in program management, finance/enterprise transformation, or strategic operations, ideally in a fast-paced, global, and cross-functional environment.
• Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and control.
• Proven ability to deliver complex, cross-functional programs with measurable business impact.
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to assess trade-offs and drive toward practical, data-driven outcomes.
• Ability to think strategically, with a long-term mindset and an eye toward system and process-level implications.
• Skilled at influencing across teams and functions, and building trust with stakeholders of all levels.
• Executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills-comfortable engaging and presenting to senior leadership.
• Highly organized and self-driven, with a disciplined approach to program delivery and a commitment to operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise or finance transformation, consulting, or ERP/CRM systems implementation (eg, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
• Familiarity with B2B go-to-market models, including contracting, invoicing, and customer support workflows.
• Exposure to change management and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Background in high-growth tech or platform companies.
