We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to the finance department for a company we have partnered with. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by assisting with data entry, invoice processing, record keeping, and communication with vendors and internal departments.



  • Provide general administrative support to the finance team.

  • Assist with data entry, filing, and document management related to financial records.

  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and support finance-related projects or audits.

  • Perform other administrative duties as needed to support finance operations.


Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

1-2 years of experience in an office, finance, or administrative support role


  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Strong communication and time management skills.
