We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in financial administration who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys supporting finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices and managing sales & purchase ledger transactions
- Handling reconciliations and ensuring accounts are accurate
- Assisting with payroll and maintaining financial records
- Supporting month-end processes, including VAT returns and reporting
- Using Sage 50 (or other accounting software) for data entry and financial analysis
- Liaising with internal teams and external clients regarding finance-related queries
Requirements:
- Prior experience in finance, bookkeeping, or accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of Sage 50 and other financial software
- Ability to manage payroll and reconciliation processes
