Key Responsibilities: Finance Manager - Develop pricing models to optimize revenue, margin, and market share while managing channel conflicts.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams on pricing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with pricing policies and approval processes.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to inform pricing decisions.
- Provide insightful Retail Channel reporting, analysis, and forecasting.
- Track pricing performance, including price realization, margin improvement, and customer profitability.
- Enhance pricing processes and tools for improved efficiency.
- Lead a high-performing team, fostering engagement, development, and strong communication.
Qualifications: Finance Manager - Required: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field; 15+ years of experience in commercial finance or pricing.
- Preferred: MBA or advanced degree; experience in B2B pricing, revenue management, and retail.
- Other: Expertise in pricing strategies, analytical tools, decision-making, and leadership.
