Finance Manager

Position Responsibilities
Serve as business partner and point of contact for the manufacturing team.
Oversee Statutory and Management reporting for manufacturing site.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, analyze financial activities and performance against budget and recommend action as needed.
Collaborate and provide analysis, modeling, and business support to enable informed decision-making.
Perform/manage all aspects of the monthly close process to ensure complete, accurate and timely monthly actual results, including variance analysis.
Perform standard cost maintenance, production variance analysis, activity costing, and customer/product profitability.
Direct internal review with key stakeholders.
Review perpetual inventory, monitor cycle counts and physical inventories, and reporting of the same.
Provide audit support, both to internal and external teams.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements
Bachelors degree is required, majors in finance, accounting or related field are preferred.
Five (5) years accounting experience is required.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) a plus.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel) is required; SAP experience is strongly preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are required.
Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is required.
Strong attention to detail with superb organizational skills are required.
Ability to build relationships and work well in a team-oriented environment is required.
Must be able to work with diverse teams across geographies.
